Due to recent circumstances it has become policy that once you have signed the client consent form, if you miss your appointment without giving 24 hours notice there will be a fee of $25.00 payable to the clinic. This is to ensure waiting lists are as short as possible. If you do not wish to sign to the client consent form and miss an appointment without the proper notice you will not be rebooked.
